Do I need prior moving experience?
Experience is preferred for many roles, but we also accept helpers who are new to the industry and willing to learn. Training resources are available to all members.
What areas do you dispatch in?
Our core dispatch area is across Arizona — Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Flagstaff — and we are actively expanding nationwide.
How quickly will I start receiving jobs?
Most approved members begin receiving dispatch notifications within their first week. Frequency depends on demand and the roles you’ve qualified for.
Do I work as an employee or independent contractor?
Members accept dispatch opportunities through partnering moving companies. Specific work arrangements are set with each company at the project level.
Can my own moving company partner with the network?
